Acreloom PVT LTD. provides broker-facing and public-facing tools for marketing, listings, lead capture, enquiry management, and related real estate workflows. You may use the service only for lawful business activity and in line with the permissions associated with your account or role.
Brokers, companies, admins, and staff are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, credentials, and workspace access. You must provide accurate information during signup and onboarding and keep account details up to date.
Paid subscriptions, add-ons, and usage-based services may be offered under pricing pages, order forms, invoices, or custom agreements. Fees are due in the currency and billing cycle presented at purchase unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights clearance of listings, media, broker profile content, pricing, notes, CSV imports, and other material you upload or publish through the platform. Content that is misleading, infringing, abusive, or unlawful may be removed.
Lead data and enquiry details submitted through the site may be routed to the relevant broker, company, or admin workspace. Users must handle lead data responsibly and comply with applicable privacy, marketing, and communication rules when contacting leads by phone, email, WhatsApp, or similar channels.
For public enquiries routed into a broker or company workspace, the workspace owner is generally responsible for its downstream handling of lead data, messaging choices, exports, and retention. The platform may also process account, security, billing, and analytics data for its own operational purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may not misuse the service by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, scraping protected data, sending spam, uploading malicious files, or using the platform in a way that harms customers, brokers, or the business.
The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, file storage, mapping, or billing. Their tools may change over time, and your use of some connected features may also be subject to third-party terms.
The platform, software, visual assets, site structure, and documentation remain the property of the operator or its licensors, except for customer content that you lawfully upload. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service in accordance with these Terms and any paid plan you purchase.
Access may be suspended or terminated if accounts violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or require urgent action to protect the service, customers, or legal compliance. You may also stop using the service at any time, subject to any active subscription commitments.
Features, page designs, workflows, and integrations may change over time. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves, including changes required for maintenance, security, or compliance.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. While reasonable efforts may be made to keep the platform functional and accurate, no guarantee is made that all pages, data, exports, or communications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes should be resolved in the courts in bikaner, Rajasthan, subject to any mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
