Who controls this service
Acreloom PVT LTD. operates Acreloom Broker CRM, including the products and brand experiences currently presented in this repository as Acreloom.
- Privacy and data rights requests can be sent to acreloom@gmail.com.
- Business contact address: 43 baba ramdev vihar nokha road bhinasar, bikaner, rajasthan, India.
- If you are using the service under a separate enterprise or brokerage agreement, that agreement may add product-specific privacy or data-processing terms.
Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the public website, broker profile pages, property listing pages, lead and enquiry forms, cookie consent controls, and broker-facing dashboard experiences made available through this project.
- Visitors can browse listings, submit broker or property enquiries, and contact brokers or companies through forms, calls, WhatsApp actions, or other lead capture tools.
- Brokers, companies, and admins can use the dashboard to manage listings, review leads, update lead status, upload or export CSV files, and analyze activity.
Where information comes from
Personal information is collected directly from you, automatically from your browser, and from workspace users who operate listings or lead workflows.
- Information you provide when creating an account, filling in a lead form, submitting onboarding details, or contacting a broker or company.
- Usage data, device details, and attribution details generated while using the site or dashboard.
- Listing, broker, and workspace records supplied by brokers, companies, staff, or integrated business systems.
Information we collect
The platform collects information needed to operate the brokerage experience, respond to enquiries, and manage broker accounts.
- Contact and identity details such as name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, company name, and service area.
- Lead and enquiry details such as buying or renting intent, property preferences, budget, move-in timeline, notes, and message content submitted through forms.
- Account and workspace details such as broker profile data, listing information, assigned owners, company membership, and authentication details.
- Usage and technical signals such as browser metadata, approximate visit behavior, page views, and campaign or referral context.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the product and complete the actions a visitor, broker, or company expects when using the site.
- Display broker pages, company pages, and property listings.
- Route lead enquiries to the correct broker, owner, admin, or company workspace.
- Create and manage broker accounts, onboarding records, and dashboard access.
- Enable lead workflows such as assignment, notes, status updates, CSV imports, CSV exports, and follow-up communication.
- Measure product performance, diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and improve pages or funnels when analytics consent has been granted.
Lawful bases and permitted uses
Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, the service relies on one or more of the following depending on the workflow involved.
- Contract or pre-contract steps for account creation, listing publication, enquiry handling, support, and subscription administration.
- Legitimate interests for platform security, fraud prevention, service diagnostics, internal reporting, and product improvement that does not override your rights.
- Consent for optional analytics identifiers, certain marketing communications, and similar non-essential tracking or promotional activity where required.
- Legal obligations for accounting, compliance, law-enforcement cooperation, dispute handling, and recordkeeping.
How lead data is shared
When a visitor submits a property or broker enquiry, that data is shared with the broker or company associated with the page, listing, or workflow where the enquiry was made.
- Lead details may appear in the lead inbox, lead detail pages, exported files, or other internal dashboard views available to authorized workspace users.
- Assigned brokers, admins, or company users may use the submitted contact information to reply by phone, email, WhatsApp, or other supported channels.
- Information may also be processed by infrastructure, hosting, analytics, authentication, communication, or storage providers that support the operation of the platform.
Service providers and recipients
The service uses third parties for infrastructure and operational support. They may process data only to the extent needed to provide their services to us or on our behalf.
- Typical provider categories include cloud hosting, authentication, file storage, analytics, customer support, communications, and payment or billing vendors.
- Workspace owners, brokers, and companies that receive a submitted lead are responsible for their own downstream handling of exported or copied lead data.
- A fuller vendor register or data-processing addendum should be maintained separately for customer, procurement, or legal review.
Cookies, attribution, and lead routing
The frontend stores a cookie preference choice and may use analytics identifiers only when optional tracking has been accepted, but lead forms can still include operational attribution data needed to process the enquiry you requested.
- Rejecting optional cookies does not stop core browsing, login, enquiry, or lead submission features from working.
- Accepting optional cookies allows the product to create analytics identifiers and measure traffic, engagement, and selected actions such as page visits or lead-related conversions.
- When you submit a lead or contact form, the request may still include page URL, referrer URL, and UTM campaign parameters so the enquiry can be routed, attributed, and reviewed by the broker or company receiving it.
- Analytics identifiers such as visitor and session IDs are not created unless optional analytics tracking has been accepted.
Retention
Data is retained only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required for legal, operational, or evidentiary reasons.
- Account, billing, and subscription records may be retained for the life of the customer relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for audits, disputes, and tax or accounting obligations.
- Lead, listing, and activity records may remain available inside the dashboard until they are deleted, archived, or no longer required for business operations.
- Analytics identifiers are retained according to the storage periods described in the Cookie Policy unless cleared earlier by your browser or consent choices.
Security and incident response
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, and loss of personal information.
- Examples include authentication controls, workspace permissions, access restrictions, and operational monitoring.
- No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, and customers should also protect account credentials and exported lead data.
- If a security incident affecting personal information is confirmed, the response should follow applicable law and contractual obligations, including any required notifications.
International transfers
Data may be processed in locations where service providers, brokers, companies, or support personnel operate.
- When information is transferred across borders, the service should rely on contractual, organizational, or legal safeguards appropriate to the transfer.
- Users outside India should assume that data submitted through this frontend may be processed in India or in other jurisdictions used by platform vendors and customers.
Your choices
Visitors and customers can take steps to limit or manage how their information is used on the frontend.
- You can reject optional analytics cookies at any time.
- You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent by contacting acreloom@gmail.com.
- Identity verification and reasonable scope checks may be required before completing a request.
- Some requests may be limited where information must be retained for security, legal, contractual, or accounting reasons.
- Brokers and companies are responsible for handling lead data they export, download, or process outside the platform.
Marketing communications
The platform may send service-related messages needed to respond to your enquiry or manage your account. Separate marketing or promotional outreach should be based on the permissions required by applicable law.
- Operational responses to a property or broker enquiry can still be sent because they are part of the service you requested.
- Optional marketing consent can be captured on public lead forms for future follow-up by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- You can opt out of non-essential marketing outreach by using the instructions in the message or by contacting the broker, company, or privacy contact handling the campaign.
Children and automated decisions
This service is intended for business and consumer real-estate use by adults and is not directed to children.
- Do not knowingly submit personal information of children through the public forms.
- The frontend does not publish any fully automated decision-making or profiling process that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.
Updates and contact
This page may be updated as the product, integrations, or compliance requirements change. Material operational changes should be reflected in the latest version of this policy.
- For privacy-related questions or rights requests, contact acreloom@gmail.com or write to Acreloom PVT LTD., 43 baba ramdev vihar nokha road bhinasar, bikaner, rajasthan, India.
